There are limited hotels and flights in Bhutan — so you must book them in advance to secure them. Decide on what kind of hotels you wish to stay and which flight sectors you wish to fly in and out of Bhutan. There are comfortable farmhouses and lodges, 3-star government approved to 4 star and luxury hotels in Bhutan. You have an option to book flights and hotels by yourself. You must forward us your booking details if you book yourself. We can take care of all booking – hotels and flight tickets if you wish us to do.
Tourism is regulated by the government and its mandatory to pay in advance both your SDF, visa fee and the package cost to confirm your service. Once your payment is received, your operator will process your visa with government and e-Visa will be sent to you in advance. On the strength of e-visa your actual Bhutan visa will be stamped on your passports on arrival at Paro airport.
Once you get your flight tickets, hotel confirmation and e-Visa, you will be provided with the pre-departure information by your operator. Now you are ready to board your flight to the land of Thunder Dragon!
